Help
How does it work?
Open the add-on in the spreadsheet you want to fill. Sign in with your Airtable account (OAuth, so you never paste an API key or token). Pick a base and a table, then click Sync. The rows land in a new tab called "Synced data". Syncs run only when you click.
Does it change my Airtable bases?
No. The sync is one-way, from your base into the sheet. The add-on only reads from Airtable and never changes your bases.
What happens to rows on the next sync?
Each sync updates rows by record ID and adds new records. Records deleted in the base are marked as deleted, not removed. Edits you make in the synced columns are replaced on the next sync; columns you add to the right are left alone. It never writes into an existing tab that already holds other data.
What can it access?
Only the spreadsheet you open it in, not the rest of your Google Drive, and only the bases you choose when you sign in.
What are the Free plan limits?
1 base, 1 table, up to 1,000 records per table, and 30 syncs a month. A table with more than 1,000 records can't be synced on the Free plan; nothing in your sheet changes and the attempt doesn't count as a sync. Your 30 syncs reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
